Daily Achievements!

Daily Achievements!

Hi forum friends! I've decided to start a new thread on Daily Achievements because I suffer from depression as one of my mental illness and that means it's often hard for me to remind myself that I do actually things in my day, no matter how small they may be. I thought forumites could post here a daily achievement or 2 so we can remind ourselves that we have done something good each day. It can be as big or as small as you like. Just as long as what you did makes you proud and happy.

I'm tagging @roses @Bow @Shaz51 @BPDSurvivor @saltandpepper @Daisydreamer @Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member @TideisTurning @Former-Member @frog @Sans911 @outlander

in case you might be interested as well as anyone else who wants to join in!

So, to get this discussion started, I'll post my achievements today which are:

- I had a gorgeous cup of tea which helped me deal with some anxiety I was experiencing;

- I paid my car registration which was due today.

See what I mean about achievements? Mine may seem small or irrelevant to some people but to me, because I have depression, these are actually major in the scheme of my life. I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hello I am new to this thread thanks to @Shaz51 tagging me.

Here are my achievements for today:

- Downloading a free e-book guide on energy psychology /medicine from Donna Eden of the Eden Method to add to my daily routine.

- Saving an almost half price offer on Subtle Energy Science's, Elderberry herb frequency to be used in place of real herbs you normally buy. (I have heard the sound frequency products are better than the actual supplements you would normally get) - we'll see!

- Put on some Geranium aromatherapy and listened to a relaxation audio.

- Ordered a Subway BLT wrap for lunch from an online ordering business

- Spoke to a facebook friend about how hes going to be celebrating Xmas and his op-shop adventure.

- Learned about a new heavy metal chelator product. (I used to use Zeolite but it was dehydrating and demineralising so was happy to see this wonderful new product.)

- Wrote in my gratitude journal

- Gave my hair a deep coconut oil treatment.

- Did some Yin Qi Gong to settle me for the evening.

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hi everyone.

- Did my 2nd Yoga class, this morning.

- I did my Aviary Maintenance (3X) - Cleaned & Stocked up Birds Seed & Water.

The birds are hot out there - yes it's hot.

- Found a family of wild mice (about 5X) living under the Seed Hopper.

They must have an exit/ entrance hole somewhere (I could not see one) - They disappeared, got out of aviary very quickly....

- Did some essential shopping.

Re: Daily Achievements!

Today is my birthday.
I spent the morning at the hairdresser. Responded to birthday messages on Facebook, emails, text messages and messenger, plus a phone call from my sister. Feeling very loved. I missed a couple of calls while I was in the hairdressers.
Then went to a committee meeting for a voluntary group I work with. They had a cake for me 🎂❤️
Watered some plants. Fed the cat 😻 Swept the front porch.
Then out to dinner with hubby.
Came home and saw my birthday messages on this Forum. Bless you all.
Tomorrow I will spend time with my sons. They will be on one side of a state border and me on the other. Despite the barrier that will be between up it will probably be the highlight of my year 🥰

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hi @Former-Member crows are so smart, they have prob cottoned onto the food delivery thing lol

Oh. plus most 'crows' in aust are ravens think .. they have like a beard, that funny thing on their necks

Perhaps the best way to tell them apart seems to be from the call they make. The Australian Raven makes a long almost-human-sounding ‘aarrr, aarr, arrrrrrrrrrrrrr’ (that last ‘arrr’ is noticeably drawn out) whereas the Australian crows make a call more like an ‘uk uk uk’ or a ‘nark nark nark’. (I’m thinking, if you don’t know if they’re saying ‘aarrr’ or ‘nark’ then you should ask them to spell it.)

Raven 176-176

Crow 176- 671

How do you like that I gave them Beagle Boys numbers lol..
