Man, what a day!

I have been trying to post something on here for about 90 minutes now and keep getting told to take the email address out of the message l but there wasn't an email address in there!

Then it told me that there was an error processing it and to try again in a few minutes. I did and just kept getting one or both messages!

I went down to have my breast screen done, only to discover that my appointment is for tomorrow! Luckily they had a lull so they fitted me in.

I had a nice long message for you and now I've lost it! Oh well, that is just typical for today! Lousy day!

My electronic address programme (I have to use that term because when I put in the proper name it says I can't use that word!) isn't working because that crowd who pretend to be a telephone provider have done something to it and now it won't work.

They are going to let me know when it is fixed, but I am guessing that will be weeks or months away!

Hey @Jewels hate having mammograms they hurt Sorry you had a lousy day. just had a call from my fitness coach (all free) government thing. anyway put more weight on darn it O well more exercise coming up.

Ha! I have finally worked out what the problem is - I can say "my" and I can say "email" but if I try to put them one after the other, it rejects it!

I don't find them painful, irritating but not painful.

oh wow, my heart goes out to you if you are dealing with weight issues. My method worked, but I don't recommend it - contracting a terminal illness! 🙈🤓 How is it going overall?

@Jewels lost lots of weight earlier this year when I had a psychosis then I been putting it on again having trouble with getting your messages have to log off then log on to see new ones
