Guess you got home safe @bipolarbunny Great you have a good team. Is the pdoc a different person to the tdoc?

@Appleblossom Yes, my pdoc psychiatrist handles the meds mostly and gives me the occasional lecture about beating myself up. I see him monthly. My tdoc is a clinical psychologist. I've had other psychologists before, but seeing a clinical psychologist has been a game changer. Especially JB, he's very switched on, we get along great, he gets my sense of humour, he knows when to support and when to challenge. He has made a massive difference in my life. I'm still pinching myself that he is real cause I've been searching for such support for 15+ years. I see him weekly.

Yuck I hate mowing too. Its enough to turn anyone off gardening! There are many things we cannot control, but I got to have a say in that 20 years ago, and no longer need to do it, in my mini no-lawn patch.

Hi @bipolarbunny I hope you enjoyed your time in the sun and the garden is looking good with the lawn newly mown. I had a flu shot today and a disappointing session with pdoc. He seems so remote and detached and has got in the habit of asking me the same questions every 5 or 6 weeks. It's only phone so I feel cut off but poor man must find me really boring. It's a state of stasis or limbo and slow chipping is all I can do but I'm not getting anywhere.

Good luck for your long drive tomorrow, I hope you'll be kind to yourself with breaks and refreshment whether you're in transit elsewhere or returning.

@bipolarbunny Hey BB yes I hate mowing the lawn too luckily for me I have no lawn atm but I do have a cottage garden which plays havoc on my back .... oh well nevermind that is what happens when you are an old pea. Enjoy your day my friend. Love always. peaxxx
