@Bow calm and peaceful. Warm and cool at the same time. Son1 is in a bad place though so am worried about him. He is just so depressed he cannot take the steps forward to help himself and he is so far away I cannot physically take him to the gp or hospital .... all I can do is email him or whatsapp. I really was hoping that he would be the one who would miss this family curse of ours but not so ... son2 and daughter on the other hand are doing well so I am pleased for that.

@Shaz51 worried about my son1 his moods are so dark and for such lengthy periods of times I am sure he has bipolar. He is so far away I can do nothing really to help. He needs to come home but with covid it is impossible. If it is not one thing it is another. On a brighter note son2 and daughter are doing well.

Yes it is hard when our children are soo far away @Bunniekins but it is good We have contact with them xxx

My youngest step S3 turned 29 today

He was diagnosed with ADHD ' and I think he has bipolar too
