Hello @Shaz51 I hope Mr shaz connects well with the people in his new team and feels comfortable with them, it might help him persevere especially over the first few weeks while he settles into the new meds.

I've just lost my psychologist and support worker, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about it myself.

We have been through soo many that Mr shaz gives up and then tries again , and again, gets very tiring

Not really @Shaz51 . Too many worries. But I took the advice you gave once and wrote a list. I'm safe, just miserable. I'll have an early night. I'll see my gp Tuesday.

Maybe I'll ring Blue Knot, I can't sort things out without triggering a family member as well as myself.

Mr shaz brought 2 new speakers today and has put everything together and boy we have very very loud 🎶 music tonight and Mr shaz has brought a portable drum set

Wow @Shaz51 do you know any guitar players? Mr shaz could join a band.

I just moved my little cd player and speakers, I'm looking forward to using them again. One day I'll get a record player again.
