As in a team of people from different disciplines? @Shaz51 social worker, psychologist, psychiatrists, GP etc?

You are hardly a rotten anything @Shaz51 - you're going through a rough time and asking for support from your community. I call that leading by example.

That said, if ever you want to take a step away to focus on yourself for a while, that's always an option and you can just flick us an email so we can chat further about making a plan to help you through. Whatever works best for you, we'll support you.

Maybe lots of diagnoses but still the one mr shaz @Shaz51 who needs nurturing. Maybe let the gp and psychiatrist worry about the diagnoses (re choice of meds) but it will be good if he has a psychologist to work with him and you on coping strategies. You've been through a rough patch for a while re sleep etc - so many ups and downs - shame it had to get worse before it could get better - hoping and wishing for you it gets better now.

If it wasn’t for my MH team I don’t think I would still be here @Shaz51. It does sound really scary however you could look at it as more support for you both. You have had it so hard for so long with no support.

As for being a community guide you do a fabulous job.

I'm so sorry you're feeling so crap though. I hope things get worked out for Mr Shaz soon. You deserve the right support.

Hang in there. How has today been going? I had a skin check the other day and ended up with another biopsy. Every damn time I go. He looked at my skin and was saying yes yes all good all good. Then got to my chest and went ooooh that's a bit dodgy there. UGH. Of course he found something. Paying for the sun sins of my younger years.

Day off today

Mr shaz has got a MH appointment on Monday which was very quick

He is a anxious as he has not had much help in the past

He is saying he is having a bipolar day

Visited my mum , she has been in isolation as she got influenza , feeling a bit better today

My MIL had a sun spot taken out yesterday, 5 stitches
