What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

@Lee82 , hey babe hope your trip to the hairdresser was uneventful and you have made it home safely. It broke my heart a little to hear that your gorgeous Boris got hit by a car but happy his injuries where minor. I have my support worker coming soon but I will check back in soon to see if you can chat for a little bit.

Oh sweet em. Thank you so much for responding and I completely understand how you are emotionally exhausted. Your support buttons is more than enough hun. You are amazing to be even doing that. Shows just how strong you are babe. I haven't even been able to do that lately. I have been disassociating a lot lately and have lost big chuncks of time throughout my days. It's been pretty scary

Hey my beautiful. Hairdresser went just as expected. Had a panic during the cut because she was touching me but luckily its a friend of mine so she understands a little about my anxiety.
I hope things with your support worker went ok today my love.

It's so hard to do the things most people take for granted, like a hair cut. Glad you are home safely. I have set my support worker up with my iPad watching YouTube's on what I want to try next. Had a psychiatrist appointment this morning and that went as well as they do. @Lee82

Mmm...I completely know what psych appointments are like however it's been nearly 4 weeks since I've seen mine as she went on holidays. 😕

It's a weird kind of feeling today, part of me is exhausted (probably me) and part is kinda hyperactive can't sit still. Kimmy has joined Izzy, Nikki,Bear, Shadow and Kimberly on vacation so it's me and little one (3yrs old). New changes to medications have me up and down a lot, and my god am I hungry all of the time😭. How are the boys going? How are things with your mother? @Lee82
