Something’s not right

What’s next?

What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Re: What’s next?

It would be exhausting having to look after everyone in your head babe. I can't even imagine what it is like for you but you are showing up everyday and continuing the healing journey so a pat on the back for you babe.
yes changing meds is horrible and I understand the hungry feeling. My meds do the same thing which is why sometimes I just stop taking them which is not good at all.
my boys have been doing well. We have just come out of another lockdown which was really rough especially in the state I was in. Thank god they are now back to school.
mum has been ok lately, so far I have to admit. I'm sure it won't last long but I will take what I can get for now. She has backed off a little. I think she has noticed just how much I am actually struggling at the moment and she is for real really worried this time so I guess in a weird way that is a positive.

Sweetie, that is a positive and yep take it while it's last. Should I be worried that you seem to be that bad that the wicked woman has backed off? @Lee82

I won't say that it's all good babe I'm safe and ok but I will say that I made a promise to you and I am doing my best to keep it.

I can't have Mum up my ass anymore. I just can't do it. It's actually quite funny that she has backed off when really she should be up my ass even more....lol but I am not going to bring that to her attention.

Quite a bit better today @Lee82 My head no longer hurts but my back is still very uncomfortable - not in constant pain though so that is a bonus. How are you today? Last match for Bucks in charge hey - I feel for him but it needed to happen

So good to hear you are feeling better today.
@Zoe7

I was doing ok this morning but I have just come back from the hairdressers and I feel like I am going to have a meltdown. I can feel all my anxiety building in my chest. I am trying to stay active by doing stuff around the house but it's not really working. I have been outside a few times too but it just seems to be getting worse and to top it all off I have Mr10's mates here to watch the Collingwood match. 😕

yes it is very sad to see bucks go. It's a little bittersweet but I believe it was time too.

Slow, deep breaths Hon. Find a spot for yourself for a few minutes to just be and breathe. When we try to do too much it can often have the opposite effect - it all gets on top of us @Lee82 Make a cuppa or find a squishy ball to squeez - somewhere on your own - just for a few minutes. Then let me know how you feel

I get not being able to handle her and her ways but if it keeps you safe babe! Thank you for honouring our promise as I have. It's been close a couple of times but in the end I gave you my word. Sorry for the delay in replying my support worker has a strict routine she has to follow which includes me not being on my phone for any longer then 10 minutes at a time🤬 @Lee82

@Zoe7 sorry to hear about your fall, but happy you are feeling a little better today.
