What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Wow all your work looks amazing my love and loving the cake. Looks so yummy.
I will be around most of the day tomorrow. I have a hairdressing appointment at 10 but should be done by 11.30 other than that I am free. So whenever you can send me a message and I'll get back to you.

I bet you are glad the boys are back at school - I really feel for all you guys having so many lockdowns but it is also necessary for everyone's safety. It does make me mad though that some are so selfish and put others at risk - that just extends the lockdown for everyone else too.

that sounds interesting. Hope you had a good time hun. I took my boys down to Torquay today. I just needed to get away and be by the water for a while. It was nice. I havent felt that calm in a very very long time.
