Sorry to hear Mr Shaz is struggling extra hard. You know all the stuff to do, as others have suggested, but lots depends on him taking it up. Glad you were able to take the arvo off and for him to rest. Given the stress of the fire he has had so much to cope with, you both have. SOmetimes we have to adjust our expectations and make the journey worth while rather than focussing on the destination. So much transition going on for you. Sending my prayers.

@Shaz51 hey darling Shazzy, sorry to hear Mr shaz is not well. I struggle a lot. Lately seems to be a bit better. I had focused on day to day,read encouraging articles and books,do regular exercises and talk to friends .Mum although can be difficult but is important support. Pray you will find ways to support Mr shaz. Thinking of you. Take care.
