one of the meds that mr shaz was taking double dose -- we found out it causes more depression so the doctor is putting him back on one of the morning meds

and has put mr shaz on 2 of his night time meds

have a doctors appt tomorrow

we have had 3 days off due to this cyclone we having , no power , lots of wind and rain

today was a bit better but very tired from extra meds, last 2 days have not been good

and now we have power back on , so lots of washing

@Former-Member, we talked about DSP today but mr shaz thinks he will not get it

so have to see about asking the doctor tomorrow

Doctor again for Mr shaz , next appt next week

Mental health rang and made some suggestions to Mr shaz about doing CBT therapy, doing volunteering work , joining a club , Tele health or Skype which Mr shaz is not really into, maybe meds change

Soo see how far this will go this time

@Shaz51 Must be hard for both of you living with the ongoing trauma from the risk of cyclones, floods, power outages and then the fire taken everything you have worked for. Too much to handle when you are mentally fragile. The ongoing stress must be awful. Take care ❣️
