Re: shower

Hi @hope77Good on ya.

I was so over being either a morning or night shower person, that when I was doing gym, I decided that I was a wash after exercise person. See ... very logical ... lol ... did it for about 7 years .. I went to gym any time of day from 5 am to 11pm ... my wash times were varied ... was this an adaptation to the situation of living with my son where I needed to get out of the house or was it me being good with my rehab exercises, or was it me reacting to rigid orphanage live by the bell times ... maybe all 3.

It is what it is ... take care with the rest of your day.

Re: shower

@hope77. Yes it's an achievement to have a shower at 1pm. And it should be celebrated. Some days or weeks are hard. Any achievement is huge. Well done.

Re: shower

Wins are wins - big or small! I think we should all acknowledge our achievements - we tend to forget to.

Thanks for posting this @hope77 and well done.

Hey, @utopia won't lie feeling pretty bad, Can't seem to think straight or know what I'm feeling or how to put it into words. Just want to escape my life change my name live somewhere other than here. then I think wake up princess your life is ok here. when people talk to me or ask me something. I hesitate and question everything I am about to say in case it's not right. Thanks for asking

Re: shower

Nothing you ever say to me would make me judge you @hope77. I'm not easily offended and rarely get embarrassed.
But it's bloody hard when emotions are running around your head so fast, that you don't know what to think or what you're feeling. It's a hard day today for you.
Do you have a comfort box? Things that bring a little comfort to you when days are hard? I need to keep my hands busy on those days. Hand sewing or knitting. Neither of which I'm good at. Sudoku puzzles or dancing my behind off. Anything to distract me.
What do you think you may be able to do tonight to help you through this time?
I'm hapoy to talk with you here about anything you want if it will help. (Just have to re-charge my ph for 15 minutes - bloody battery doesn't last long).
Either way, I hope that you manage to gwt a good sleep tonight & that tomorrow, if you have any deep emotions, that it's one at a time. That's easier to deal with.

Re: shower

hey, @utopia thanks for the invite to talk, not sure how I'm. Just want to sleep I think. Like my mother used to say it will come out in the wash. can relate to those darn batteries.

Re: shower

@hope77. I'm still only at 40% charged. Won't last long. Technology allows us to communicate on here - great. But would it hurt them to invent a battery that lasted a week instead of a few hours. Can't be that hard.
I hope you have sweet dreams tonight and wake up with more energy.
Thinking of you.
