Having a hard time

Hiya,

Things have been really hard of recent I've been in and out of hospital for my physical and mental health, things just seem to be getting harder. Days are getting longer.
I've been getting changes in my support team... Things are becoming new again, more supports because of my SI attempts *Im safe*


My physical health is declining causing me to be in and out of hospital more.

I'm trying to stay strong but it's hard, things keep going upside down when I'm sort of getting better.

I just wish it could be eaiser not harder. I'm over going to and from hospital.

I've been disassociating a lot, finding it really hard to stay present, when I can stay present it isn't for long. I just wish I could be better.

I'm safe 🦋

Things have been really tough lately I have been keeping to myself because I feel like I can't open up to anyone at the moment. I'm feeling really lost and unsure. I'm feeling numb. Family things are just a mess at the moment, I just want everything to be okay.

I'll be lurking around today.

Do you know why you have got the pain?

Went out for brunch with H's family. It was ok, nice food, but too many people around 🤔 They squashed as in like sardines and I didn't like that.

Hope the pain isn't too bad hon, can you take something for it or perhaps a hot water bottle.

Hopefully it kicks in soon @Fluttershy1 and you get some relief from the pain.

Sometimes a quiet day is a good day.
