Having a hard time

Hiya,

Things have been really hard of recent I've been in and out of hospital for my physical and mental health, things just seem to be getting harder. Days are getting longer.
I've been getting changes in my support team... Things are becoming new again, more supports because of my SI attempts *Im safe*

My physical health is declining causing me to be in and out of hospital more.

I'm trying to stay strong but it's hard, things keep going upside down when I'm sort of getting better.

I just wish it could be eaiser not harder. I'm over going to and from hospital.

I've been disassociating a lot, finding it really hard to stay present, when I can stay present it isn't for long. I just wish I could be better.

I'm safe 🦋

I'm sitting with you. Days can be hard and challenging.

If you are in a safe space, look around at what keeps you safe. Focus on what keeps you safe and hopefully can find some comfort.

That is what I am going to get @Fluttershy1 - just waiting for the right one to be born. I have a breeder I am in contact with but she hasn't had the right one born for me yet ...no rush though - I need to fall in love with it instantly and haven't done that yet with the ones she has had.

My sister got her kitten a couple of months ago from this breeder and I want one similar. He is a light, long haired ginger so not too different to yours 😁

Currently unwell again they think I've got a virus of some sort or I've just got a really bad migraine. Hate being unwell. Makes my MH worse.
I just wanna curl up in a ball and hide, but I can't...

Can you curl up with your kitten to stay safe and perhaps help?

Would any medication help your virus/migraine?

Perhaps a check up with the GP may help?
