Hello @Bunniekins it seems we are having similar issues. I've been having hullucinations too the last couple of weeks. Although mine are due to lack of sleep. 3 weeks of no sleep so far has caused me constant and severe migraines, hullucinations and has made me super emotional. I feel week, exhausted and just about ready to get someone to knock me out with a baseball bat 😅
When else have you had hullucinations? I've only had them at two points in my life, now and when I was. When I was 15 the hallucinations started due to my body shutting down. I was extremely malnourished. I just guess It's my bodies way of telling me 'something is terribly wrong get help'

@PlantLover Hey PlantLover nice to meet another person who is hallucinating. In the past I would hear voices screaming at me. Young female voices. Angry voices. At night I would have 3 shadow men who would be sitting at the end of my bed. They would instruct me to do things ..... eg one would make me coil my body like a snake. I was a sick pea.

@PlantLover You know PlantLover the 'hallucinations' were so real.... do you believe in the supernatural? I do. I still am not sure if what I have experienced is just hallucinations or something more sinister.

Oh goodness! Yours are definitely very dark!
When I was 15 and sick with anorexia nervosa I was seeing random colours, shapes and people. The people and shadows freaked me out and I'd run from the room screaming and crying.
The ones I'm having now are different. Only 2 of them were scary. One I was in bed trying to sleep next to my partner, I looked up at him and he looked like his entire body had been burned. The other (will be silly to people that like fish) I couldn't sleep so I stood up to get out of bed and as I put my hand down towards the doona a saw a massive cod fish (fish are a phobia of mine). The other ones weren't scary. Another was I opened my eyes and found spiders all over me connected to webs on the ceiling, they were climbing towards the ceiling. I shut my eyes and when I opened them again it was just one spider. I closed my eyes again and when I opened they were all gone. And I felt for webs just to be sure 😂 The other two episodes I had recently related to my dog. The first one I thought I hurt my dog knocking at the back door to do a wee, so I looked up and realised she was sleeping between my legs. Then the other one I thought I heard her crying and barking, I got up to run but again she was cuddled up at my feet. So weird

Honestly no I don't believe in the supernatural but who knows that may change one day x

To me it seems your mind is bringing up images to upset/frighten you. Based off images you've seen before. Things your scared of in real life.

But that's coming from someone that doesn't believe in the supernatural:)

Did you say medication or trauma is the course of your hullucinations? I've read so many posts tonight I'm a bit confused and can't remember
