hallnations starting up again

Hey @Bunniekins, I'm sorry to hear of what you're going through right now- it sounds quite scary.The fact you're able to identify and name what you're experiencing as hallucinations is great- it means that as real as they seem, you're still able to recognise they're not necessarily. I'm also glad to hear you've got that appointment coming up. Do you have any ideas on how you can ride out the wave till then? In any case, we'll be here to ride with you as you go along. 😊

wow pea, that is some scary shite. Like @TideisTurning says, kudos to you for recongnising it for what it is. I cannot imagine... I'm having regular nightmares right now, but when they wake me I know it was a dream and not something I've "seen". I cannot get my head around what's happening to you.

Gosh @Bunniekins ... the hallucinations sound very disconcerting. But its a good sign you can so clearly identify what you are seeing. I am quite sure you are not going crazy, and I expect your pdoc will reassure you of that when you see them Friday. On a good note, its great that your hand tremors have reduced.

I hope this isn't too improper or profound of me to say this @Bunniekins, but my interpretation of what you are going through is that your subconscious is telling you that you can't trust certain people around you whom you are blindly trusting - not recognizing that they are not as they seem. Your subconscious is trying to bring this to your attention.

Question if your trust of certain of those in your sphere is well-considered, @Bunniekins. Use your intuition and perhaps take a few steps back while you re-appraise.

@TideisTurning Hey TideisTurning I think the medications that I am on are helping to put some sort of recognition in my mind that these things are just hallucinations and nothing more. If I wasnt on these meds it would be far, far worse. I am losing track of time as well. It is likeI have jumped a week and it is now satuday. I will contact my mental health nurse. @SJT63 Hey SJT63 it all feels like I am in a dream state. I have lost all sense of time and space and then out of the blue come these figures .... it is just all super weird. Sorry to hear about the nightmares. I used to get them when I was manic. Take care. Love peax
