My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

And say what @tyme ….. ‘fyi I’ve been in hospital for the last 6 weeks thanks for taking the time to care and check in with me’

my best friend came to visit me last night. They use to be the lead elders of our church. They got back from being over seas the last 5 weeks on Wednesday. She was heaps disappointed when she had heard no one had contacted me.

my pastor is employed as a full time pastor. It’s what he does. It’s what the church does. It is love. It’s is care. It’s is the church. Christianity.

is it too much to ask??

Re: My Mosaic

Sorry, I was a bit vague. I mean, do they know you are in hospital? @Bow .

And no, it's not too much to ask. I certainly wouldn't think so.

At the church I go to, they don't get paid. They do it purely from their heart - and yes, they visit people all the time. So no, it's definitely not too much to ask.

Hugs to you @Bow . I hear you and I care.

No I haven’t told anyone. It you’d think that we a regular church member, someone who use to work for the church. When they had been away for so long. That someone would ask .

Re: My Mosaic

Glad your ECT went well yesterday @Bow 👍

So sorry none of the church people have even asked if you are OK 😞

I'm relieved your depression has improved 🙂 but sorry to hear your anxiety and PTSD are bad.

how are you all??

I'm not coping well with life's demands at the moment...alternating meltdowns with depression, forgetting basics, struggling to function. If I am absent a bit, that's why.

Thanks for your kind reply @Bow ❤️

Just listening is good. Thanks for hearing me. Things feel too much for me to cope with at the moment.

How did you sleep last night?

Re: My Mosaic

Always here with a listening ear @NatureLover 💕

I didn’t sleep well at all last night. And my room is the closest to the nurses station and staff toilet and they left my door wide open this morning so when the cleaners were about cleaning the staff toilet they woke me early. I’m really feeling it this morning. Really tired.

Had my shower and been down for breakfast and had my obs done and meds. Now sitting in my room sipping on a can of V.
groups this morning and then after lunch I’ll wander down to the shops for a bit.
