I woke up a bit better after this mornings ECT, had a little rest and managed to get to the second part of morning groups. But I’m headachy now and will rest for the rest of the afternoon.

@Captain24 did you have far to travel for your break away? Have you arrived and settled in?

@Snowie I sure hope today is a little bit better for you. How are you doing?

I’ve just arrived @Bow Its about a 5hr drive but I have to stop and let Pix out a bit. She gets car sick! It’s a really nice day except for the really strong winds.

I’ve had a short nap this afternoon and taken some more painkillers but they haven’t really helped. Head still hurts.

Are you having the ECT 3 times a week?

Yes @NatureLover 3 times a week. I’m really sore today. Neck, shoulders, chest. I’m tachycardia too….

I’ve had some painkillers already this morning, and I’ve put some muscle rub on too. Feel like I’ll slowly be feeling ok tonight and then I get another zap tomorrow and I’ll be sore all over again! It’s certainly rough on the ol body!!

It is a vicious circle. You start to feel good and then you have ECT again.

I hope you get to some groups today
