Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

It sounds like your daughter is loving the time together @Bow even when you are apart.

I'm glad your friend is bringing in your daughter. I'm sure she will love to see you.

I hope the pdoc comes in tomorrow and you can get some more answers to all your questions.

Today hasn't been the best day. Unfortunately our MH doesn't get a day off.

I hope you can get some sleep tonight.

Re: My Mosaic

That’s true eh @Snowie our mental health doesn’t really have a day off. It’s constant eh? Think that’s what so exhausting about complex mental health issues, there are no breaks from it. There is constant chatter inside my head, my SI have eased a bit since being in here, still have them though but not as bad but it’s everything else too.

just put my beanie on- had it bought in today. I like the cooler weather for this very reason. Can kinda hide underneath it.

Re: My Mosaic

I asked my mum to go check on her and told my D to go get something of mine to sleep with. Mum just messaged me and said she has gone and got my childhood teddy bear. Hopefully she has settled down. I told her my friend is going to bring her in on Thursday so she is happy that she has something to look forward to. I’m a little heartbroken tonight 💔

Re: My Mosaic

I got about the same amount of sleep as the night before. So the increase in night meds has helped but it’s still not enough. Still waking up a lot. I will ask the pdoc tomorrow if the meds can be increased anymore.

this morning the dietitian stopped by. She was pleased to see that I had been eating while in here and was just really a check in. She wanted to have me weighed, but when the nurse came around later to do it I said no.

also seen the registrar. Not much to report there. She came back and gave me some CBT worksheets. Told me I should read through them and change my thoughts. Wish there was a magic button that changed it for us. Hard to see any future where I believe anything different when these beliefs are so deeply engrained in me.

my support worker stopped by also. Had the chance the tell her about what had happened last week with that horrible registrar. She was extremely shocked.

just crawled back into bed for a nap…
