im still in my pjs! And in bed.

my new piercing is sore and swollen today. Think with all the night time waking I toss and turn a lot and sleep end up sleeping on it. Need to try and avoid doing that!

I just feel like a failure @Bow I don't know why I used LL last night. I chickened out on telling them things. My sh has increased so much lately.

I hope your piercing heals properly. How are your daughters ears going?

PJ's and bed sound nice. I am on the couch with the dog. Cold and rainy here.

Oh you’re not a failure @Snowie at least you called them. At least you told them stuff. It’s so good that you recognised that you needed some additional support last night and made the call. When is your next appointment with one of your supports? And did you have a look into the guided support program?

My daughters ears are all good. She reminds me morning and night to clean them. My third lobe is healing fine too, it’s just the cartilage one, which is to be expected.

sun is shining here today, but windy, but I’m loving the current temps. So good for being in bed.

I looked into the guided support service @Bow but haven't heard back from them yet. Just under two weeks till my next appointment. I normally do my pdoc by phone since his office is about an hour away.

I think I am meant to have ECT this coming week but really not sure if I will go. It seems to affect my memory so much.

I think I'll be in my pj's soon. I really don't know why I even got dressed! Should have just made it a pj day from the beginning.

Is anyone else overly suspicious?? Like you question everyone’s intentions, not directly obviously, but inside your head everything is going one hundred miles an hour questioning everything that they say and do, think about all the possible scenarios and what they could be doing.

I had a friend reach out to me recently. We used to be close, but they moved interstate and we have just reduced/ lost contact. I still think dearly of them and I think probably they me. But when they reached out to me out of the blue and show a lot of interest, I am so freaking hesitant and suspicious.
