Hi @Bow , I can't support that when you say you look grotesque and ugly due to your body size and things like that, it's the truth. I think they are all lies that your illness is telling you, sadly 😞

I'm glad your daughter feels better.

I can relate to difficulty thinking what your healthy adult self would say, as when I'm in a severe depressive episode, i can't see any positives 😞

I hope the additional meds help your stepdad 🤞

Overwhelming sadness tonight and

its the weekend and I don’t know how to face it I hate weekends I’ve already done stuff I shouldn’t

my case manager cancelled on me today, she was sick…. Her daughter was actually. She called me briefly to see if I still wanted to go in and see someone else. I said no. I didn’t wanna go in and talk to someone random.

Did you manage to make another appointment? Cancellations are hard. I hear that.

Next Wednesday @tyme with my case manager. Monday with my psychologist.

@Bow I am so glad you got some supportive appointments coming up.

Please know that you are not alone in all of this.

@tyme My daughter is at her fathers tomorrow. I will give her room a good clean. That’s about all I’ve got planned

@Bow struggling with lots of SI thoughts, Lucky I am in hospital for round the clock monitoring.
