I hear you @Bow 💝
And yes, I heard you the first time too. I have been where you are. Trying to make some sense in what happened. Trying to take back some power for one's self, where none existed before. Only to seemingly be shut down and silenced, as you are now. I agree that it feels as though we are the ones being punished, ie the victims victimised. Our already faint and limited voice, silenced once more. 💔 I completely get all of that.
But unfortunately Sane need to be aware that our words and our traumatic experiences may harm or have an adverse affect on other readers. So ... much as it hurts me to say it ... I do understand why some posts need to be sensored. I am also so very aware, from personal experience, just how devastating and hurtful it is for you. To feel that your voice is taken away, to be silenced ... again 😔
Remember its not personal, it's to protect others from the traumas you have experienced. This just isn't the right avenue for us to express some of this stuff. You have your therapist, who you can tell anything to, without restrictions imposed.
I would urge you to speak with her, without any restrictions, when you next see her. It helps to get it out, to tell someone what happened. Its much better than bottling it all up. The fact that you are now finding your voice is a good sign. Go with it and talk all you want with your therapist. I'm only sorry that your attempts to talk here have been thwarted. 💝😔🌷
