I'm glad your CM contacted you.

I also understand it is hard to sit in unpleasantness. Boy oh boy did I find this hard! That's why we don't expect you to start sitting it it for hours on end by yourself. Start slow with baby steps. Even it means starting with a few mins first - it IS worth it. You will see a difference eventually. 🙂
