I’m sitting here with you @Bow

What keeps me going is my protective factors. My dog is one. How would she cope without me? Can I leave my parents with my debt? I also hold onto the hope that there is something better around the corner. In the darkest times it is hard to see.

Do you have a safety plan?

Yeah kinda. I’m not really a fan of them.

I tried calling my psych, but she wasn’t at her desk and she hasn’t called back. My case manager doesn’t work today.

I look at mine but don’t find it helpful at the time @Bow

Are you able to get some alone time to call a counselling service? Maybe go for a walk if that’s an option

Not real sure how helpful one of them will be and will probably result in people being called

You’re obviously really hurting. Is it worth a try?

It's so amazing that you reached out to your supports, I'm sorry they weren't available today. So if you are alluding to emergency services being called, I'm wondering who you would feel comfortable reaching out to?

Unfortunately, here at the forums, we can only do so much to support you through these extra challenging times because we aren't a crisis service.
