Thanks @Eve7 daughter is at her dads today, which is always a difficult day for me, but have a couple of things that I can do to pass the time and keep myself busy, starting with a ride on my bike 🙂

I see your pain; I hear your cries. And you are not alone.
I'm really sorry that the people that you should have been able to trust, hurt you so deeply.

You were only a child when this happened to you. It should not have happened in the ways that it did.

And yes, you could of screamed and tried to run, but he was bigger than you, so much bigger and stronger than you. There was no escaping.

There is no need to feel all this shame, all this blame. It was never your fault. What he took away from you.

You don’t have to sit in this pain filled cage forever. There is a way out, a way to escape, if you will just trust those around you. And yes I know that is hard, but they are on your side.

There is a hope, there is freedom. And you will dance again.
