My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

Thanks dear @Eve7

I have an appointment with my pdoc tomorrow. My case manager usually attends that with me, so hopefully I can talk with her a bit afterwards. I haven’t seen her for weeks.

i got out in the garden this afternoon. Needed to do something physical to distract me. Have been very emotional and teary. Think I will end up taking my meds early and going to bed. Fingers crossed for a miracle that my psych is in tomorrow and can somehow see me tomorrow, but I doubt it. Will probably have to wait until next week now. 😩

@Bow and @Eve7 I feel you both, it’s been a while since I’ve had an appointment with a mental health professional. My GP isn’t exactly the type to really listen to what I need to say, so waiting until my next psych appointment. Sending you both love ❤️, we are sitting together.

I seen my psychiatrist today. My case manager didn’t sit in but will do a home visit tomorrow. My meds have been changed, hopefully this adjustment will be helpful?… my pdoc asked me to call my mum so that she could discuss the changes, phone was on speaker and my pdoc asked my mum how she thought I was going- my mum said she is really worried about me 😩

I wore shorts today. Denim ones with rips and holes in them. I fairly conscious of the SH on my thighs but usually they are hidden. But standing waiting at the chemist today my daughter seen them. She comment on the ‘scratches’. I quickly brushed it aside and ignored what she said. 😩 I need to stop.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow I hope the change in medication routine helps you feel better soon ❤️. Stopping SH is very hard, and can feel impossible to do. Take it one step at a time. I wondering if you’ve found any other alternatives.

Re: My Mosaic

My pdoc changed my meds yesterday. Stop one a/d and started me on 2 new ones. But I’ve had to stop and have a couple of days without either cause the old and new can interact so the guy at the chemist said. Is it possible to feel so crummy even after just one day????
