Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

Thanks @Emelia8 @Snowie @Daisydreamer @creative_writer

I’ve managed to briefly speak with my psychologist and case manager today. It helped a little. I’m real tired, but doubt I will sleep much.

Glad you got to speak with someone you already know. Hopefully thatmakes things a little easier for you hun @Bow

Resting is sometimes as good as sleeping.

So get lots of rest if you can tonight.

Re: My Mosaic

I was so exhausted last night. When the nurse came in I asked if any of my usual meds had been charted. She had no clue. I gave her a list of what I usually take and she said she would go try and get them charted. About an hour later she comes back and says that I am being taken down to PECC. They wanted me to walk… I said umm no. I was lightheaded and had zero energy. I’m glad I spoke up cause it was a long way from the ward I was in.
i still wasn’t given my usual meds… just some Val. If they looked at my list of usual meds they will see that some Val won’t help. I didn’t sleep again. Beyond exhausted. Just want to go home. I know that I have spoken to numerous of my supports about this being a time of rest for me and that I need to be here. But I’m asking to go home today. I am not resting. I am exhausted. This is not helping.
a nurse just came around. I remember her from a psych admission last year. And also when I was on a medical ward last year with the NG tube. She came to say hi. She is nice.

I’m glad the nice nurse came to see you @Bow but I’m sorry you’re not being given your current meds and consequently getting no rest.

I hope this situation changes for you very soon.

Re: My Mosaic

@Bow I hear you, hospital stays can be quite uncomfortable. I hope you are given your current medication and get an opportunity to rest. Thinking of you ❤️❤️

Re: My Mosaic

Days are so long in here. I haven’t slept at all today. Not long ago finally seen a psychiatrist. I hate seeing psychiatrist in hospitals. They don’t know. They want to know everything and I really don’t like having to tell them my whole life story all over again. Do they not realise how triggering that can be. But if you don’t answer all their questions they think you are unwell. I told him I want to go home. He will talk to his boss.
