I was passing through, and thought I'd ask how your cat/kitten is going? I hear how tough things are - do you think some cat therapy is good?

I don't have a cat (and have never had one), so I wouldn't know.

Yes @tyme kitty therapy has been good. He has been a nice distraction. A lot of work though.

I had dogs. Love them, but can't deal with the amount of work involved.

@tyme My kitty is ‘needy’? Wants my attention. I hope that that equals a snuggle bunny as he gets older? At the moment I am on the treadmill… he either is trying jump on it or sitting beside it meowing at me. I have been putting him in a bag and carrying him on my chest. He eventually goes to sleep.
we are also trying to keep him in a certain part of the house cause we have a dog who is a little bit rough with play. But kitty keeps escaping. He wants to be where everyone is.

@Bow - that's sounds a bit dangerous - to have a kitty near a moving treadmill!!! Hope kitty doesn't get too close!

As for putting it in a bag to sleep... sounds fantastic!

He has jumped on once… and went speeding off the end. He didn’t get hurt @tyme and has only done it twice. Think he learnt

I've been using a acupressure mat each night and using the Smiling Mind app to get a good night's sleep. It's pretty good.

Wish that I could text the comm mh team that I am not ok and that they would then call me. Making that call myself feels too hard today.

Wrapping you in love @Bow I am sorry you aren’t doing well and I hope you can reach out the comm health team if you need them. I know it can be hard to call them.

i reached out to a helpline, freaked out when I said too much and said I would go call comm mh. I haven’t called.
