not such an ok day again today. Went back to bed and didn’t get up until near midday…. I was ‘tired’. Good enough excuse for why I slept longer. Feel sick now. Haven’t eaten or drank anything either. Community mh usually visit Sundays, but my case manager was away Friday, so she probably didn’t book it in- probably for the best, not much in a state to talk with anyone.

Thanks @RiverSeal community mh didn’t visit, but they did call. I felt comfortable enough to tell them where I’m at and what I did last night. We talked about ways to keep me safe tonight.
