Don’t know how to keep doing it @Eve7 too exhausted

It is hard having an ed and other mh challenges @Bow it's really hard as well as exhausting and often it seems too hard to keep going. I get that Bow but I also known we've been well before and we can be well again. I'm just trying to focus on the moment for now. Can you sit with me and try that too?

It is really hard to see that @Eve7 … things being better. Don’t know how to go back from what I’ve done to my body.

Can you call your local mh team @Bow ? I find they are most helpful as they know me and I don't have to tell my story again like I would if calling Lifeline or scbs. The other option is SANE. They are always good.

Thanks @Eve7 @Former-Member I called and left a message. Hope I did it right? Cause I have a case manager now I can call their after hours number. First time calling them….

Well done on calling @Bow that always takes courage. I hope you don't have to wait too long for them to call you back. I find sometimes I get through straight away and other times it takes longer. Depends how busy they wre.
