I went out this morning. Had a cuppa at a cafe. Bought myself some new pjs from Peter Alexander- on sale.

me and mum were gonna go out for dinner later, but she doesn’t wanna go anymore 😞

just on my bike now watching the live stream of a friends wedding down in Vic.

I’m about to have a SCAN (senior citizens afternoon nap) after getting up at stupid o’clock, driving a ridiculous amount of kms in the rain to run up hills @Bow

must say I haven’t had one for a long time. I try and avoid them and just say that I will go to bed early, but never do. But I have already taken my meds tonight and hope to be asleep soon. Been a rough day… and struggling tonight.

i ended up going and getting take away from where we were going to go for dinner. New cafe that has opened near us. My daughter and I have been to have a drink there but not eaten. I had a salad and unfortunately really couldn’t eat much of it. Just feel so full so quickly now. Really want to engage in an ED behaviour. I feel so uncomfortable. Want to feel better.

We had takeaway too, not the healthy type but little ones were happy.

Still awake here 😩 had really hoped for an early night but my head won’t stop, just spinning round and round. Meds didn’t knock me out 😞

Well my little girl is home snuggling in bed with me. Cried for hours missing me.
