Can understand @Bow I normally get to my psych with time to spare and try and work up the courage to get out of the car too. I always seem to be able to go in but when I get into the room I normally then go mute.

I spend a lot of my session mute too @Snowie my psych is real gentle though.

tough session again today. I have a headache and don't feel well. So dizzy today.

I just had some visitors here. 😩 sirens and all. Avoided a trip to hospital, but the mental health team came out to see me.
