Sitting with you @Bow I wish you could go to one of those specialised ED clinics rather than high care with people who have all sorts of illnesses. I was in high care last year and it wasn't pleasant but it sure made me try much harder to get back into the "open ward".

Yes @Eve7 that would be ideal. There is one close to the city, and when I had that 4 weeks stay on a medical ward a couple of months ago the drs actually put through a referral for me. But I think due to covid they closed the referral... and because I have lots of supports in the community. It's also an 8 week stay... which would be really difficult and also have to factor in my ex finding Out.

I hold a little bit of hope that my new psychologist will be able to help me. I am annoyed that I missed an appointment with her today. It's another week now... and I really hope to be out of here soon.

thank you for your kindness. I really do appreciate it. I feel so washed out and really fragile today. I hope to be able to go to bed soon and sleep well. Tomorrow is a new day.

Good morning @Eve7 @Anastasia @Snowie @Emelia8 thank you for your love and kindness. Always nice to get to phone time (3x a day) and see messages of support to brighten my day.

I'm having an ok start to the day. Woken early by nurses to check my sugar levels- still good. I then wrestled with my ED over what kind of day I was going to have. So far I've had a shower and washed my hair and went to breakfast. Good start I'd say.

im asking to go home today. I can work with my ED at home- that will be a work in progress and I'm back eating now so nothing being here can do. And feel safe enough to leave. Fingers crossed.

It would be great if they deem you safe to go home again today. I remain hopeful for you, and have fingers and toes crossed. 😄
