Dear @Bow , Iam still sitting with you hun. I understand how hard it is for you as I have been there myself. Please try and ring a helpline if you can or tell your Mum.

My pdoc just tells me to go to the ED if I get really bad and as hard as that is it does keep me safe. It's always hard when we first come out of hospital and maybe you came home too soon which with Christmas is quite understandable.

Can you contact the MH team as I remember you saying they were really helpful? I understand the feeling that the pain will never end but it does and we do have good days just like you did the day you came home and snuggled with your daughter in matching pjs.
