I slept ok. But woke up with overwhelming dread. Today is not a good day for me. I dropped d off at her fathers for the morning and I've gone back to bed.

Unfortunately I didn't get any more sleep @Snowie ive cried a lot today. My heads in a really dark place. Not ok.
