@Snowie yeah I seen my psychologist. It was a bit frustrating. Did you have an appointment today too? Pdoc or psych? You have ECT tomorrow yeah?

@Eve7 I’ve had a few psychologists over the years and I’ve never had one that’s so goal focused. I’m like you and just want to be well. But I gotta think about what that looks like and break it down. It feels really hard cause often I’m just surviving.

Had pdoc (by phone) this morning. Wants to adjust meds. Guess it's a waiting game now.

Yeah, ect tomorrow too. I was hoping for a break from it but I guess not now.

I don’t really have much on. Dog is going to the groomer to get her nails trimmed and her face tidied up. Mum and I will duck to bunnings while she is there.

I need to sort my laptop out. I restored it to new cause it was slow and full of stuff I couldn’t see! And now I don’t have office 😩 and I need it. My brother in Tas put together a joke book, he loves telling people jokes, always has a joke for the chemo nurses. He sent me a copy of it ages ago, so I’m gonna fix it up and get it printed into a book at office works for him. So I need to get that done. We will be on the boat this time in 2 weeks!

Should go ok tomorrow @Bow except for one (who isn't always there) nurses are normally nice.

Thats such a nice idea for your brother hon. I'm sure he would love it. Something he can take to his chemo sessions.

Wow that isn't long at all hon. It will be cold but hopefully you get some nice weather whilst you are away.
