im catching up with my friend tomorrow. Just going to a cafe. Can’t sit and chat for too long that way.

this pet sitting thing is stressing me out so much.

I hope the catch up goes well. At least meeting at a Cafe means you can leave when needed. On your terms. You don't have to wait for them to decide when to go.

do your meds knock you out of a night? When i have days like that sometimes its best to just take my meds early and go to bed

My meds help me go to sleep but don't help me stay asleep @Bow

I'll wake up and then not be able to get back to sleep.

I hate sleeping, the nightmares kick in.

I totally understand @Snowie you want to escape the daytime yuck… sleep would help, but then you have to deal with the nightmares. It sucks. And it’s not fair.

please stay safe hon. I know it’s hard but you are so important and valued to so many.

The interim CM I talked to today asked me if I used helplines or other services. I told her about here, and that I’ve made some connections that are really helpful and important. I was referring to you when I said it @Snowie 💗
