Just checking in to see how you are going today. Hope it is better then yesterday 💜💜💜

@Eve7 I attempted to call the comm mh team last night, but it rang out and went to voice mail. Disappointing considering they really encouraged me to call them and the amount of effort it take for me to even make those kind of calls.

I spoke with my peer worker when I was in the hospital on Wednesday, she was concerned that I was still feeling pretty unsafe and they were sending me home despite it. She doesn't work Thursday or Friday but had one of her work colleagues call me, which has been nice to have that little bit extra support. I've just had an email from her actually and they have been advocating for me with the comm mh team, which is good to know. I'm not completely alone in all of this.

my d has had a better day today with her schooling, which was good. No massive tantrums, but we did call it a day early, it's Friday and we have all had enough.

@Bow my kids haven't got on line schooling either today. Has been a good day just to take it easy.

I am sure D has enjoyed having you to herself today.

I was annoyed waiting for lifeline earlier this week then I heard it was the busiest day they’d ever had.
