How was church and time with your brothers?

Ahh, headaches can make things feel so heavy, can't they? I have been getting migraines more often lately too. What usually helps your headaches?

I have actually been sick, so I have just worked today! But I am okay with this. 🥰

Church was actually really challenging @AuntGlow I didn’t really want to go. Very conscious of my body, not many clothes feel comfortable for me and don’t want people looking at me. Much prefer to be at home. Too many people around and hate all the small talk. Had to make conversation with a few people that I knew. This is a new church for us. Haven’t been to my old church/ to church in over a year. And having to sit still for a good half hour and try and focus was hard.

brothers house was ok. Was much better than our last visit at least.

I got up and took some painkillers and heated up a heat pack and managed to get back to sleep. It was mostly gone after than, just slightly hanging around and nausea. I use to get alot of migraines, that was rough. I got my daith pierced which pretty stopped my migraines.

Me ok. Little sleep but went out with D this morning. Been on couch all afternoon.

Thoughts just really bad today @Snowie

trying to keep distracted… did groceries, picked up meds. Felt really headachy again. Took some rugs and tried to nap but stupid brain wouldn’t shush. Spend couple of hours cleaning D’s messy space downstairs. The hide of her…. She comes down and sees the ‘mess’ I had made and says I hope you’re gonna clean that up!
comm mh called. Tried to be a little bit honest. They wanna see me Wednesday.

On the couch too. Have to move at some stage to cook tea.

I’ll go in there and see them @Snowie what an exciting way to spend my birthday! That and post surgery follow up appointment.

I was watching something on tv this arvo and curled up under a blanket and kept nodding off. Annoying dog kept waking me up though.

think the headache I had yesterday was probably a migraine cause I’ve had the migraine hangover that I always use to have today.

Early night I think.

Hopefully by tomorrow your migraine has gone hon. Seems like it can take days to recover sometimes.

Afternoon was ok. Had some not so good family news.

Early night here too. Big day with mum tomorrow.

Yeah mum..,,, and a grumpy D cooked a cake today @Snowie I’m not real sure what kind it is…. But my favorite is a continental cake- but mum didn’t feel like cooking one of them.

I was planning for next Monday, but mum went and made a drs appointment for Tuesday at 8am. So I’ll go in once she gets back from that. I’m hoping my SW can pick me up? Maybe come in with me for a bit and wait.
