D conveniently was unwell this morning @Snowie so I didn’t get to my psych appointment or cuppa out with my SW. but my SW did a home visit and talked my ear off.

im a bit frustrated no a lot. Not doing ok and got casual chit chat when I needed something else

Sorry to hear how today went hon. Even though you are still unsure of the psych, having someone to talk to and unload would have been helpful.

My appt. went ok. Told her some truths. She wants to talk to pdoc, which I said ok. Asked me to promise some things which I said yes to. Hopefully I can keep it.

Took mum out this afternoon. She struggled just to go to the supermarket.

Oh, and had a shower and washed my hair!

Have you got much on for the rest of the day? Whats for dinner?

Do they appoint you a psych in hospital?

Just had a video call with my brother in tassie who my mum is with. He had an appointment with his oncologist today…. his chemo is no longer working.

@he has a face to face with his oncologist next wk, today was a ph call cause there was a deal in his chemo arriving from Melbourne. I had no idea his chemo came from Melbourne every fortnight… they don’t have the facilities in tas to make it all up. But his oncologist said there is a new treatment to try.

just on the couch watching tv. No idea what’s for dinner… I feel sick.

nah no psychologist in hospital.. not even in the private hospital I went to once.

I gotta drop the kittens off tomorrow morning.

Hopefully his oncologist can help @Bow or at least he can get some more information on this new treatment. It's hard feeling hopeless hon. Not being able to fix or help.

Do they have anyone you can talk to in the hospital?

Shower did feel good, especially with clean hair! I know I feel better afterwards, but still feels like a huge task at times. Just hoping I can keep my promises.

On the couch too. Tea here is leftovers.
