Feel myself sinking into a deep pit. Choosing recovery is really hard at the moment. I find myself thinking about stuff that I don't want to. I'm pulling back from my supports- realising this is a warning sign for me but don't want to do anything about it. Just missed another call from my peer support worker, should probably message her before she worries too much.

It's interesting that you say that @Bow , pulling away from supports is one of my early warning signs. It's a strange space when we can see those warning signs, but feel a bit hopeless to do anything about it.

Is that the reason you missed your peer workers call?

Yeah @Former-Member dont feel like talking. But have texted her to reassure her that I am safe.

Sounds interesting though. I went through a tea stage when I used to put leaves in pot. I was living with my parents and they would have morning and afternoon tea. Fond memories.

Now I just deink too much black coffee 😀
