We had a good morning at the book fair, both of us scored well! The book fair we go to is inside a sports centre and spread over 2 indoor courts. I like to quickly pop into one court to look at the old and collectable books and D heads straight to the other one to look for her books. I was looking at the old books and D comes running to me to tell me they have a whole box of Alice books! They didn’t have that last time. But they do try to group certain types of kids books together cause there is so many!

i always like it when the check out person asks why all the Alice books and I share my obsession. The lady today said that one of the volunteers also collects Alice books so all the ones I got must of passed by her.

I then picked up a new market chair that I found on marketplace. I’ve been using a camping chair for years but am finding it rather difficult to get out of now days cause it’s so low and deep. Managed to find a tall directors chair.

we are now at the beach. We went to the rock beach and I filled my bag of rocks to do my art with. Then we had some lunch and now we are at a sandy beach where D is digging in the sand. It’s so pretty here wish I could post a photo but it’s pretty recognizable. So here is a note from my D

I'm soooo glad you had a good time today @Bow and so did D. Thats good about the Alice books. Might have to get another bookcase!!

Happy to hear you got to the beach and collected more rocks for your art work.

Been lots happening in my head today. Think it might be an early night tonight.

yes my gp called. My potassium is low like i mentioned. She’s going to increase my potassium supplement to 6 days a week and I gotta eat a banana everyday!! 😩 and retest on Tuesday before I see her on Wednesday. My liver function has dropped a little, it’s been high. Still is, but not as bad. She mentioned something about my sleep study, saying I have moderate sleep apnea and need to see a dr, but I thought I was already seeing one- the one that ordered my sleep study. So I will get some clarity around that when I see her next week.

I know how to quieten my head @Bow Just don't think my psych or pdoc would be happy with me. I tried today, didn't help.

I guess a banana is better than some fruit. Can you pour nutella over it or have it in a smoothie!

At least it wasn't bad news hon. Things that can be fixed with some help.

Hopefully you can get some more answers next week.

I've had a delicious day @Bow hehe I made a burrito bowl with some leftover frozen chilli. Made guac and salsa last night to go with it; felt like I needed some vegetables ahaha.

I have quite literally just fallen into bed cause I am so exhausted @Jynx @Snowie all that fresh beach air did me some good. Bit sun burnt though. Was actually not expecting to get to the beach cause it was forecast to rain for days, but it was a sunny day!

bought my box of books upstairs to have a look….

 23 more beautiful Alice books to add to my collection which will put me a 220 I think! The very bottom one is a ‘big golden book’ and is an exact copy of the top ‘little golden book’. I don’t think I’d ever seen big golden books, I grabbed a couple of other Disney story ones and they dated back to the 1950’s.

@Snowie Just have to convince myself to go out and buy some bananas. I know Jynx hates them!

So glad to hear the beach was so fab! Ouch about the sunburn though - aloe vera is your friend!!
