Had my appointment at comm mh this morning. My SW met me there thankfully. I had to shake my head at them again… told reception that I was here to see someone from the team I am under but didn’t know who. She confirmed my name and dob and seen who my CM was and said that’s who I’d be seeing and she would call through and let her know I was here. It really shows how terrible their communication is. My CM is in hospital still really sick.
Anyways, I seen the lady that had been calling me recently, at least that was good. She started with all the questions and then the CM that sat in on my pdoc appointment last week joined also. She asked the same types of questions again, a lot of them I wasn’t really able to answer. She asked to rate my overall mh out of ten, that I was able to answer and when asked why I rated it the way I did, I was able to explain.
A lot of their questions were starting to concern me. I feel like they were asking questions to determine whether they were gonna send me to hospital. While trying to be honest I was very aware of this.
I asked where things were at in regards to psychology. I explained what’s happened and they are going to look into it.
we talked about them giving me some prn. And that I needed to have my blood levels checked before my next pdoc appointment. The CM left to go speak with the pdoc and she was gone for a really long time which really worried me. Was worried that they were organizing my lock up. She eventually came back with a pathology form and she said that the pdoc wouldn’t give me prn without seeing me first. But that a senior CM was on their way down to see me… faaarrrrlkkk. I’ll be honest my flight response was starting to kick in and I very seriously thought of getting up and leaving but the senior CM was here and in the room already. It was a guy, I’d spoken briefly to him before. He asked some questions. Asked what they could do today to support me- I shrugged. I was out of words. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by now. But he said he didn’t think I needed hospital today but that they were concerned. He is going to speak with some people- it was a lot.
They will keep in touch regularly and said if I felt like I needed to see the pdoc before the 16th to call them.
so yeah. That’s it.
some nice news though… my old SW, the really lovely one that stepped up into a team leader roll, but over 3 different officers and then left cause it just got too much… she’s back!!! And she’s a team leader of just our office. I was so happy! She won’t be my SW but I will get to see her about the place. …. My SW made a totally inappropriate comment though, think I was a bit thrown by it cause I totally didn’t expect it. She said…. ‘…. Is looking great too. She put on a bit of weight but she’s lost all that now.’ Like what??!?!?!!
anyways, that’s it for today. I am exhausted and really drained. That was a lot.
