Re: the kitties - I had a neighbour message me to say that Razz had been leaving his business in their yard 🫣 I also found out that there's a curfew in place so legally they're not allowed to be outside between 7pm and 7am - so I now lock em in after they've had their evening wet food! Such rascals haha.

Alas I don't even have the bench space for something like that!! I've started listening to audiobooks when doing my dishes though which helps make it less of a slog 😉

Anything good on tv? I haven't watched free-to-air in many years haha you just channel surfing or got something you're streaming atm?

I gotta try write some of it down @Jynx my sw came today and I hardly said a word kept dissociating and stuff

she asked me to try write some stuff down for her

but scared to write real honest stuff cause theyll lock me up get to me quick

not much on tv Netflix sometimes but hard to focus

Maybe you could focus on sharing your thoughts and feelings @Bow and also share that suicide scale, and what number you feel you're at - to give an idea of what you might need from your supports, you know?

Whenever I can't focus, but I need some background noise, I just re-watch old favs haha. Recently gotten back into some of my fav cartoons - Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's so good, so wholesome, so intense, it gets me every time 😋
