That's a really fair answer @Bow hard to know how you'll feel now, and it's totally valid to feel disappointed.

Hearing that things are spiraling down at the minute, is there anything we can do to try to stop that spiral, or even slow it for now? If distractions have been helpful are there any available to you at the moment

Curled up in bed at the moment @Ru-bee @there is a deep ache of loneliness and being forgotten at a really vulnerable time and I don’t know if y’all can ease that to be honest. Sadness I’m listening to music wish it would drown out my head
