On strike today, too hot to do anything!

Oh is a cool change expected soon?

yeah, we got a new tv, it’s being delivered tomorrow and they’ll take away the old one. Groceries done too. Then some painting.

im a lot anxious about my preadmission appointment tomorrow. Shouldn’t be, it’s silly. But I am.

Not much of a cool change @Bow Will be a hot night tonight.

Well done for getting so much done today hon. A new tv, exciting. Even better if they take the old one. Less for you to do.

I think being anxious is normal hon. You probably have lots of questions. Hopefully after tomorrow you mind can be put at ease and you'll know what to expect.

Can ya pull the mattress out to where the ac is @Snowie ? I’ve done that before!

yeah, glad they will take the old one. We’ve just had a kerb side clean up, so it would have sat around for ages otherwise.

I just hope I can ask the things that I need to. Not very good at doing that.

I'll just open up the bedroom doors @Bow hopefully some of the cool air can come into the bedroom. I have a fan too so should be ok.

Perhaps you can write down some questions you have so you don't forget anything. I've done that before on notes on my phone.

Sometimes in the spur of the moment @Bow it is hard to think, especially if you have a few questions for them. If it's like what I've done before, they go rather quickly too. So having them written down just might make it a little easier for you.

Have you got anything else on tomorrow or just that?

I have to take mum down the street in the morning.

I have particular things that I would like them to know, just not sure I’ll have the words or the courage to say them @Snowie

My SW is due to do a home visit in the afternoon after my appointment.

It is hard to speak up @Bow at times. It can take lots of courage.

All you can do is try hon.

I hope your SW does do a home visit for you especially after your appt. in the morning. Might be good to debrief.
