@dropped D at her fathers this morning, went to the shops for a bit, came home and cleaned. Have house inspection next week. Mum is stressing. As usual. I asked her to write down what she wanted/needed done, it helps me. I need a list, otherwise it’s too overwhelming. We also got a big tree on the corner, we think it’s the birds, but we could fill a green bin every couple of days with what is dropping on the ground. Got a mulched, but that is a very time consuming job. Mums stressing about that. It’s raining heavy here too…. Nearly all day and it’s sticking around, so can’t get the lawns or any yard work done.

I need to have a shower. Sign.

I hope the house inspection goes well hon. A list always helps me too so I don't get to overwhelmed. Also. satisfaction in being able to cross things off the list.

You are welcome to send some of the rain to us. Dry as here.

My day was exhausting. Not much sleep last night and a big family get together today. Would have been at least 70 people there and thats only about half the family. Prn helped a little.

Already in pj's with a coffee!

I managed a shower and I’m in my pjs now too. I’d really like to go crawl into bed.

It was a huge day @Bow Got to see H's Nan who is 99. She is 100 in May. Still knows who everyone is! PJ's went on as soon as I got home.

Well done for having a shower. That can be so hard at times.

Oh wow that’s very cool about your h’s Nan @Snowie having a big party/get together for her birthday?
I remember my pops 90th. Big family get together. I think we had 4 generations. He passed when he was 95.

They are organising a big party for her 100th @Bow. Trying to find a place big enough to hold it. There will be 4 generations there and over 100 people. And thats just family!

Yep, not much on tomorrow.

Hopefully you can go to bed soon hon. I know sometimes that can be the safest place too especially when those thoughts are loud.

I’m sure it will come with it’s challenges but I hope it’s a nice celebration and something to look forward to @Snowie

I have another day of cleaning and tidy tomorrow and have to somehow get D doing some stuff. I spent hours today cleaning her messy craft area.

I was just watching a video posted on a local FB page. Flood running through a local park, very close to a number of tents with homeless folks residing. The area often floods with rain like we are having now. Poor dogs gonna have to get her toes wet to go pee before bed!

I don't really like cleaning but love the end product.

We've had no rain for awhile and none on the forecast either. Would love some. I've had to water the plants most days. Thankfully we have tank water.

Bed can be safe. Hopefully it makes things a little easier for you hon.
