trying to distract myself doesn’t really work at the moment. I do try. I really do. Doing my art, I keep finding myself just sitting there aimlessly staring into space caught up in my thoughts. Tv/ movies, same thing. Pointless watching most things cause I got no idea what’s going on.

pdoc wanted me to go into hospital yesterday. His concerned.

cricut iron on stuff needs a proper heat press apparently. I asked on FB about it, one lady said she was able to just use her iron and press down for ages no gliding. Others said it doesn’t work. Aldi heat press was $79 compared to spotlights $200+

Really???? I didn't know that! Glad I haven't even tried. I'm interested. But did they use greaseproof paper so they can then glide??? Come on, surely that works?

might see my SW tomorrow, who knows. Didn’t hear from her today, someone else sent me a text. I told a lot of concerning stuff to my psychologist last week, said she’ll get my CM to follow up. Nothing.
