Does H&A have "seasons"? Or do they just class it all as one long list of episodes?

I wonder how many seasons/episodes theyre up to now?!

Home and away has been going for over 35yrs. They don’t really have seasons. It just flows from one episode to the next. I’ve been watching for as long as I can remember. Kinda my down time at the end of the day

Since you watch H&A, what happened to 'irene'? I saw ads, but I don't know what happened @Bow

@Bow I remember it when I was a teen, my sister used to watch it. 🙂 and an ex of mine used to watch it every night (probably still does, but I dont keep in contact with him since) - he used to watch neighbours also. Between the two, I preferred home and away.

It would be really interesting to go back and watch the first episodes and see how much about "normal life" and topics have changed in 35 years! And which parts haven't changed at all lol. E.g. mobile phones wouldn't have featured back 35y ago, but I bet theyre in every episode now days lol

I do a bit of a mish-mash of things, and am about to start a new role in a new team - but still loosely within the same system ive been working in.

I can describe my work as 'business analysis' to help data and reporting teams in public healthcare. I love learning about the clinical side of things I am doing analysis on. I've learned a lot about different medical treatments and illnesses lol

@Bow @tyme i need to know that now too! I remember the 'Irene' character! (I went to school with a child of the actress, so we all knew the character even if we didnt watch the show lol)

@tyme Irene is leaving after 33yrs on the show. Which I guess in aus tv is a pretty big thing. And she is also up for the gold logie.

😮 wow 33 years. I guess everyone has to retire sometime. *sigh* like when Alf left yeah??

Im going to disappear and go watch TV - think i have 1 ep of the Ase Murders (Swedish on netflix) to go. Then no idea what the next series i'll watch is. I like Scandinavian crime mystery (fiction only).

So much has changed on h&a over the years @AlwaysMyself they have actually been having a lot of flashbacks lately in the lead up to Irene leaving, just looking back at key storylines and people and yep, it’s for sure changed.
I don’t know if they still do, but they use to have the early years on weekday morning tv.

your job sounds interesting. I started doing health administration at tafe a couple of years ago and found it interesting. But you’d be doing far more important stuff by the sounds of it.
