@don’t think there is much anyone can do @AuntGlow Ive tried to keep myself busy today. Keeping hands busy doesn’t help the head though. It still clicks over and over. And now evening. The worst part of the day.

It can be really dysregulating running on little sleep, so I can imagine some rest will help so much. I read what you shared on your post and that sounds really tough... your feelings are more than understandable here. @Snowie
